I just found this on some site, and ive heard different, like there being calories in all of them, they’re just considered healthy so you shouldn’t count them. But im not sure, part of me wants to believe this but another part is really skeptical.
They have calories in them, OF COURSE - but the fiber in them and other nutrition categories make it hard for your body to digest, meaning it burns more calories digesting it than you are taking in from eating it.
